Frequent pain can disable both body and spirit. If chronic pain affects you or someone you care for, come to learn about alternative pain therapies from staff at MHealth Fairview, Wyoming and Dr Colleen Erb of St Croix Health, who will discuss Empowered Relief and how to train your brain away from pain. A table hosted by Chisago County Public Health will provide resources on prescription opioids and harm reduction. Afternoon appetizers will be served.
Workshop is free please preregister. This is an in-person event and afternoon appetizers will be provided. Please register by May 9.
