Tired of winter? Let us brighten up your day! Join Chisago Age Well for afternoon appetizers, fellowship, information and conversation. A panel of community presenters will help you explore activities, social networks, support, services and entertainment that will add joy to your life. You'll hear from Kelly Rogstad of the Trinity Senior Social, Family Pathways Senior Services, Carol Gilquist with North Branch Senior Center, and Friends & Co (volunteer visitors and callers).You'll go home with a helpful list of community resources for older adults and caregivers.
Workshop is free please preregister. This is an in-person event and light refreshments and beverages will be provided. Please register by February 7.
