In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn the time-honored art of creating pasta from scratch. You will learn how to throw together the perfect pasta dough as well as how to roll and slice it into noodles. You will also learn to make a creamy Alfredo sauce to smother your freshly made noodles — a rich and satisfying homemade dish. All supplies are included in registration fee.
