Zumba Fitness is a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. This class involves dance and aerobic movements to energetic music such as Cumbia, Merengue and Salsa to names a few. It really does feel like a dance party instead of a dreaded workout and you will be amazed at the amount of calories burned! There are so many benefits from Zumba, it truly is the 'feel happy' workout! Class is 60 minutes. No dance experience necessary, just follow my lead and let your body move to the music. Be patient with yourself and I promise you will love it! Wear comfly clothes,shoes that are supportive but have low tread. Bring a water bottle and towel. Walk-in $7/day or purchase a punch card for 10 sessions for $58. Punch cards maybe purchased from the Community Ed office.
