A 60 minute total body dynamic stretching and strengthening workout. This flowing workout is non impact, equipment free with roots in tai chi, physical therapy and ballet. Suitable for all fitness levels, participants should be able to get up and down off the floor without assistance. Please bring a water bottle, mat to class and dress comfortable.
