Description:
Fall is in the air and the smell of freshly baked bread is the perfect complement. Join Dianne and Kathy for a hands-on baking class. You will get your hands covered in flour why you learn to bake two easy bread recipes (Challah and a versatile sweet dough). We will learn how to shape rolls and braid the perfect loaf. You will be able to choose to make caramel or cinnamon rolls or shape the sweet dough into dinner rolls. At the end of class you will take home one loaf of Challah bread and your rolls that you created. Bring an apron, a brown paper grocery bag and a beverage. $10 material fee payable to instructor at class.
