Weightlifting is crucial to the success of student-athletes as it develops not only strength, but endurance and limits the risk of injury. We are offering speed and agility as part of the summer weight training. S&C Coach Katie Olsen and certified trainers from LIFT will be working with student athletes throughout the summer in this strength and conditioning program to prepare athletes for their upcoming seasons. This program is open to all students. Deadline to register June 1.
