Depression may occur at any time of the year, but increased stress and anxiety during the months of November and December may cause even those who are usually content to experience loneliness and a lack of fulfillment. Family and financial issues or the loss of a loved one can make holiday grief seem even more intense.
Presenter Selena Stevens fo Therapeutic Services Agency, Pine City will offer helpful approaches for recognizing and dealing with the holiday blues at this Dine and Discover event hosted by the Chisago Age Well Coalition.
