Description:
This class is for students who are currently 7th or 8th graders. You will be creating a 3-D plaster gauze sculpture using your own body to create the form. Options can include making a sculpture of your hands/arms, feet/legs, even your face it you are comfortable with that! You'll be working with a partner (or small group) during the process of adding the wet plaster gauze strips to form the desired shape. You will be painting your sculpture and may choose to have it mounted on a board, if you;d like. No art experience is necessary and all materials are included in registration fee.
