Zumba is a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. This class involves dance and aerobic movements to energetic music such as salsa, merengue and mamba to names a few. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party! No experience necessary, just follow Molly's lead, and enjoy the music! Bring a towel, water bottle and wear comfy and supportive shoes with low tread. Walk-in $7/day or purchase a punch card for 10 sessions for $58. Punch cards maybe purchased from the Community Ed office.
