Power, strength, speed, agility and quickness training led by trainers from LIFT. Build a strong foundation of movement quality and plyometric progression to show up ready to play this season.
The program will be held in the North Branch Area High School fitness center (please enter door #11) and stadium, Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am-7:00 am, June 15th through July 30th. No Summer Weight Training July 5-9.
For the safety and participants and coaches, this program will follow MDH and MDE guidelines for youth sports and participation will be limited.
Participants cannot be dropped off more than 10-minutes prior to the beginning of the session and guardians will not be allowed inside. Participants will be expected to bring their own water and stay home if they are ill.
