Power, strength, speed, agility and quickness training led by trainers from LIFT. Build a strong foundation of movement quality and plyometric progression to show up ready to play this season.
The program will be held in the stadium at the North Branch Area High School Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am-7:00 am, June 22nd through July 30th.
In the case of inclement weather, sessions will be canceled and participants will be notified by the instructor. For the safety and participants and coaches, this program will follow MDH and MDE guidelines for youth sports and participation will be limited.
Participants cannot be dropped off more than 10-minutes prior to the beginning of the session and guardians will not be allowed inside the stadium. Participants will be expected to bring their own water and stay home if they are ill.
