Description:
Sun Yis Academy's nationally certified instructor, third degree black belt Joel Ehrich, prepares you for beginners Tae Kwon Do class. Ages 7 and up, teenagers, adults regardless of age, families encouraged to participate. Courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit is the focus while exercising self defense, stances and form. Wear workout clothing. After the beginners class a uniform is purchased separately for Traditional Tae Kwon Do.
