Description:
This self-defense seminar will help you recognize potentially threatening situations from the major attack categories (frontal, side and rear attacks, weapon attacks, gang attacks and non-standing or ground attacks), acquire verbal skills, physical techniques and confidence to effectively defend and escape from and assault. You will also gain insight into the uses of frequently used self-defense devices such as pepper spray, noisemakers, tasers ad many others. Emphasis is placed on empowering the mind to overcome fear and let go of the "victim mentality".
